Renovation + Building Design

We work closely with homeowners and builders to reimagine existing spaces to suit your lifestyle and values. We support you through the full approvals process, from early concept design to council submission, Construction Certificate, and detailed construction drawings. Working with you to make clear, confident, well-considered decisions to feel prepared ahead of time is our highest value.

Includes:

Concept Design : early floorplans, spatial planning, and design direction

3D Visualisation : concept images and rendered views to help you understand the design

DA Drawings : plans, elevations, sections, and site analysis

Approvals & Coordination : liaising with surveyors, engineers, certifiers, and planners

BASIX certificate

Construction Certificate (CC) : CC ready drawings and coordination with your certifier and engineer

Construction Documentation (CD) : detailed 1:25 interior plans and elevations, joinery drawings, RCPs, electrical layouts, and finishes schedules for accurate pricing and smooth construction

Start by scheduling a complimentary consultation. We’ll discuss your goals, timeline, and budget to outline a clear path forward. After that meeting, we provide a proposal detailing scope, stages, and next steps.

What is the typical project timeline?

Timelines vary based on project size and complexity. Concept development can take a few weeks, while permitting, documentation, and construction can extend several months. We communicate milestone dates early and keep you informed throughout.

How do fees work?

We operate on a milestone-based invoice model. You receive clear invoices at predetermined stages, such as concept approval, design development, and construction kickoff—so you can plan cash flow confidently.
